Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Join us for a women’s introductory self-defense seminar!

We’ll be covering essential self-defense skillsets, situational awareness, and a special event at the end where you get to practice a live simulated attacked against a full-contact body suit. These full-contact body suits are even used by the police in their training!
