Self Defense Discussion for Women

We are hosting a round table discussion with 3 amazing women about Self Defense for women. They will be sharing their experience as a women and self defense.

Ms. Carrie Kotowski, 5th degree black belt from St. Louis, Missouri. She’s a world champion and a brown belt in Kuk Sool Won.

Ms. Sheri Ambriz, 4th degree black belt, from Pleasanton, Ca. She is a world champion and an instructor at Jue’s Taekwon-Do

Ms. Amanda Johnson, 2nd degree from Reno, Nevada. She is the author of her upcoming book is called "Beyond Survival: Reclaiming My Life After I Was Hijacked By Rape"

They will be sharing their experience and thought on self defense. Don’t miss this especially if your a female.
