Sparring gear is required (handgear, footgear, headgear, groin cup (boys), mouthguard).

Tournament timing special requests can only be made until September 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

This tournament will satisfy a sparring tournament requirement

1 point - kick to the body, punch to the body, punch to the head

2 points - kick to the head, flying kick to the body, flying punch to the head

3 points - flying kick to the head

All students get a specific time to come in and compete!

Tournament check-in times will be posted on juestkd.com/events the Friday morning before the tournament.
