  • To update your credit card, you can use our secure site:

  • By selecting a pre-paid option, you can receive an extra discount. To make a change to your tuition program, you can use our secure site:

  • Please send us an email at juestkd@juestkd.com and we can provide a copy of an invoice.

  • We do not have a company tax ID# to give to our members. However, we can send you copies of your invoices for your purpose. Please send us an email at juestkd@juestkd.com for a copy of your invoice.

  • Please give us the date and the amount of the charge. We will investigate the charge and send you a copy of the invoice. In the meantime, please do not contact the bank and dispute the charge. Please work with us so we can resolve the issue by sending us an email at juestkd@juestkd.com. Most resolutions can be completed within 5 business days.

  • An example of a mistaken charge is that you sent a hold request but was charged.

    Just as a reminder, there is a 30 day written notice via email to make any changes to the tuition program. We do not accept hold notices via text message or in-person conversations. This might have been the reason why we were unable to stop the charge. However, if there was an error in the system, please send us an email and we will try to resolve the issue that best fits your needs.

  • Our financial institution requires us to respond to a disputed charge, whether valid or invalid. If the disputed charge is found to be not valid on your part (that is, the charge is a valid charge from Jue’s Taekwon-Do), you will be charged a $35 penalty fee on your credit card on file as part of the banks fee for the investigation.
