My love for fitness began when I crossed the finish line of my first 5K race. The rush that I felt by setting a goal and finishing became an addiction for life. I have since crossed many finish lines on foot and on my bike and have yet to tire of that feeling. But the real adrenalin rush came after teaching my first aerobics class. It was not about me any more. It was about coaching a group of like-minded individuals. I caught the Jazzercise craze and road the wave for 6 years as an instructor. As I succeeded in my real career, I departed Jazzercise. One day I walked into Jues Tae Kwon Do and have been an instructor here ever since. There is no greater way to end my day than to say, thank you for joining me in class.
