Fitness has been always been an important part of my life, starting in high school with wrestling and track. In college, I started my martial art training and then in my 30s, cycling became a passion. Training along with my two kids, I’ve completed several marathons and cycling century rides.
My motto is always keep moving. Teaching the fitness classes has allowed me to help others keep moving and improve their health. Thanks for inspiring me to be the best I can be, for you!
