Intermediate 3 Step Sparring

•SET I
Attack: Stepping forward into a walking stance, execute 3 middle obverse forefist punches, starting with a right walking stance and a right middle forefist punch.
Defense: Stepping back into a walking stance, execute 3 middle side blocks with the outer forearm, starting with a step back into a left walking stance and a middle side block with the left outer forearm. Counterattack: Execute a left front snap kick. Lower the left leg into a left walking stance and execute an obverse punch, followed by a reverse forefist punch.
Return to Ready Position: Both the attacker and the defender step back into a parallel ready stance.

• SET II
Attack: Stepping forward into a walking stance, execute 3 middle obverse forefist punches, starting with a right walking stance and a right middle forefist punch.
Defense: Stepping back into a walking stance, execute 3 middle side blocks with the outer forearm, starting with a step back into a left walking stance and a middle side block with left outer forearm. Counterattack: Dodging to the right, execute a left side piercing kick. Set down into right L-stance, execute an left outward knife hand strike.
Return to Ready Position: Both the attacker and the defender step back into a parallel ready stance.

• SET III
Attack: Stepping forward into a L-stance, execute 3 outward knife hand strike, starting with a left L- stance stance and a right outward knife hand strike. Defense and Counterattack: Stepping back into an L-stance, execute 3 knife- hand guarding blocks, starting with a step back into a left L-stance. Stepping to the left execute a right turning kick. Place the right foot behind opponent's right leg into a left L-stance at the same time execute a right knife-hand strike. Return to Ready Position: Both the attacker and the defender step back into a parallel ready stance.
