Commit2Fit is an eight week program that guides you through eight healthy habits, resulting in fat loss, an energy boost, increased wellness, and best of all… a new set of HABITS that you will carry with you through a lifetime. We want this to be that last time you make “losing weight” or “taking better care of yourself”!
You will be given one new habit to implement each week, carrying each new habit into the next week. The program provides resources, advice, and team support. You can choose to follow this program independently or with a group of friends that meets every 2 weeks.
We encourage you to join a group because you are likely to get even better results… plus, it is so much fun! Just for fun, we will be rewarding you for following through with your new daily habit. Each day, you’ll get a “point” when you complete your new habit. For those who reach a specific point level at the end of the weeks, we’ll be rewarding you with a special gift!

Thought you might like to see the difference Advocare has made in my life. I attended the Advocare sponsored Commit2Fit class to learn how to eat properly and combined that with my Breakfast Bar - 1 serving daily workout program that my awesome trainer Jennifer has me on. Here's the results:
