Commit2Fit is an eight week program that guides you through eight healthy habits, resulting in fat loss, an energy boost, increased wellness, and best of all… a new set of HABITS that you will carry with you through a lifetime. We want this to be that last time you make “losing weight” or “taking better care of yourself”!

You will be given one new habit to implement each week, carrying each new habit into the next week. The program provides resources, advice, and team support. You can choose to follow this program independently or with a group of friends that meets every 2 weeks.

We encourage you to join a group because you are likely to get even better results… plus, it is so much fun! Just for fun, we will be rewarding you for following through with your new daily habit. Each day, you’ll get a “point” when you complete your new habit. For those who reach a specific point level at the end of the weeks, we’ll be rewarding you with a special gift!

Here Are Some Great Results

Like most Americans, every holiday I usually gain between 4 - 5 pounds. This year, I was determined to lose weight before the holiday season began. I chose to participate in the Ultimate Fitness Challenge/Commit2Fit which ran between Oct. 15 - Dec. 15. My goal was to lose 10 pounds and not gain five during the best days of the Christmas celebration with my family. Committing myself to attending the group meetings to learn and to incorporate 8 life habits into my life and using the wonderful Advocare products like the Herbal Cleanse, Spark, Catalyst, Metabolic Nutrition System, various breakfast bars, Meal Replacement Shakes, Muscle Gain protein powder, and Snack bars, I was thrilled to lose almost 15 pounds and very many inches. I have dropped from a size 14 to a size 9, in the midst of Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. The life habits, the wonderful products and the implementation of a great exercise program really worked for me. I have enjoyed the experience so much that I am continuing on the Team Fitness Challenge with another C2F teammate. I have increased my KB workouts to 4 times a week and walking has become a more frequent form of exercise on those days when I am not at the studio.
